In other words you are just spreading disinformation here? Frank owns 20% of the float and there are no other 5% owners so a million shares would be a large block. Don't see many of them around with only 133 million shares in the float. Unless we see an Form 4 saying Frank sold on the bounce and then rebought on the dip don't think your idea holds water.
