Yes, we have proof- the APA with exhibits prove it was sold. IE has absolutely nothing.

A liquidation is a restructure. It is now over. Thats why you haven't heard anything in 3 years.

Do yourself a favor and check the same patent libraries on other bankrupted companies and see what you find.
