I know shorting shares in OTC is uncommon, but how reliable is the data from OTC markets about shorts? And is someone really holding a short position on this type of fast moving stock???

AS of 5/28/21 it says there are 36,173 short shares reported.... I know it isnt a significant size, but I am just curious about accuracy of this data.
