Isn't tomorrow a federal holiday?
Um, no. If you are referring to "Juneteenth" it won't become a law until Biden signs it, and it certainly ain't going into effect by tomorrow. The Office of Personnel Management has to implement it across the federal workforce.
Think next year at the earliest, and as the 19th will be on Sunday, it would be observed on Monday, 20 June 2022.
Ok, let me hedge just a bit. I suppose President Biden could issue an Executive Order , but he'd have to do it today, and there's business scheduled throughout the federal government. It could happen, but it's very unlikely. Maybe a later date this year, but that's a stretch too.
