In answer to your question as to who benefits, it will be argued that only Nasrat does and that is a ridiculous claim, as are many. In fact, I find such a disconnection from business reality. Be that as it may, I have said the price is manipulated by the MMs and others. Arguments that somehow Nasrat is behind this is - again - a failure to understand business and the laws under which it operates. So, here is a link to consider when you wonder Cui Bono...
