have never had trouble trading on ameritrade.Did a lot of research before I joined. Still have not had to call them for a trade. The only thing I don't like is if you do an electronic transfer in it takes a few days to clear for non marginable trades. Tried to buy more fccn yesterday but the funds hadn't cleared yet. Anyway, just trying to give some help. take care
