Dont buy then. Ive been here since November, so I am fine if it takes a few more months so I can have long term taxes vs short term.... But it wont take that long so I am prepared to take the hit... Either way, based on history and the setup of this shell (no debt and small SS), folks want to be in early. You can wait for all of the official announcements.. Ill be glad to sell you my shares at whatever price it will be by then.
