Annual meeting, June 17. 11 am Toronto time (which I think is est.)

Registered Holdersand duly appointed proxyholders can attend the Meeting by joining the live teleconference by dialing in at 877-407-2991where they can participate, vote or submit questions during the Meeting. Participants are asked to dial in 15minutes prior to the scheduledstart time and ask to join the call.
