You know what I mean. They had a choice to go to the grey sheets but instead they voluntarily delisted and told us they were working to relist, then realized it was too costly and the odds were against them. Hence why they abandoned that approach and turned to MSSV.

But yes, I get it, neither option was good for us at the time thanks to the SEC, so hopefully they made the right call with MSSV.
