What happened to Solera. Well it went public then went private after getting 6+ BILLION dollar valuation by private equity Vista Partners.
Well what has Vista Partners been up to with Solera? Seems they are acquiring a couple more companies (to close q2 2021) and were going to go public via a SPAC in 2/2021. Well that fell through due to not enough PIPE funding to their liking. Link below...

So if you really TRY HARD to connect the dots do Vista Partners take the 3 headed monster (3 merged companies) public via CAFS and then uplist to Nasdaq?
All just my guesses though since I have no proof in the real world, but wouldn't that be the biggest merger in OTC history? Now that is real lottery play!
