I don't understand how a spin-off could be done of Helios without screwing over $RSHN shareholders. I trust Mr. Sweat and he's kept his word about canceling the RS but how could he reduce O/S without a buyback plan?

That news alone would send us over $1 long term, even if market cap was stagnant (which it most likely would not be).

Just for the mental exercise (more theoretical than practical): if current valuation was stagnant and we got to 80M O/S, share price would be over $1.20!
