Hey Dallas - I think thats the most viable guess we have is the spinoff - just transfer over to the new Helios Stock with giving everyone 100:1 shares and it doesnt show as R/S...maybe that is their ultimate Drop the Mic what they are saying...but as CEO said thats down the road as he sees 50mill in sales with no debt in several years...Hard to believe that we are in this and might be part of OTC history here :)
