I think your target for a complete win is a bit conservative, if that is the case we get a complete win I mean a real complete win then we should be at $10, we have seen $6 in the past based on just hype. If this time it's a real win then we should be easily going to $10.

Your target of 50 cents for a loss is optimistic. If we lost then we are done which will take us back to 20 cents.

Partial win of $4.5 is reasonable as we have seen this hit $4.5 many times in fact the range is $1.5-$4.5 in the last 5 years so $4.5 is about right.

I'm not expecting a complete win because too many are "corrupt" in our system not even corrupt politically but just the general lack of logic or reason in their thought process. I'm not expecting a loss either because no matter how corrupt a person is there is still some logic in them. I'm expecting some kind of compromise we win some we lose some which will take us to $5 at best for now.

I sincerely hope I am wrong as I have been holding this stock for 8+ years. However, en banc was a disappointment for me, the fact that we won by a narrow margin is not reassuring.

I know many here say it's a slam dunk with the SCOTUS but PPS does not reflect that. If it was a slam dunk we would not be slumming in the $2's.
