Did you see the recent "press Release" to update shareholders in your search for DD, a bunch of nothing, no solid plans for revenue generation. He has had 3 years now to transform this website into a company and all he can say is he is working on ideas. And he needs more money (via selling/diluting shares) to pay to look into these ideas.
this ran up because a fraudster started a rumor they were going to merger with a boat builder. NO Verification from anyone, media hoax, false news to drive up stock, someone should have reported the two people posting it, they cashed out and left everyone to talk about how this website company which generated $2.4mil in revenues and owns NOTHING is worth $$$Millions, ha
Ask anyone for DD, there is none, this isnt a company worth even a $1 million. if they werent selling millions of shares the past two years they would be bankrupt. Did your DD show you how many shares they had last yr at this time and how many were sold off since?
What DD do you have or do you just talk about it?
