check out latest Q10. They issued over 300M stock just in April 2021, went from 460M to 770 M float, paying 80M to CEO, 100M stocks in “advisors“, lawyer fees, etc. Soon they’ll be paying for toilet paper with stock.... I wonder if float is already over 1 billion shares...
