Revocation could come but at this stage won't make much of a difference because you can't trade the stock, only sell in the US, yet you can buy it at the Frankfurt Stock Exchange where it was trading close to 0.015 today. The problem is opening a trading account with one of the brokerage houses there where most of them don't accept US citizens and/or residents... maybe an illegal immigrant... ! LOL

Even with revocation, the company stays the same as the stockholders own the company, just like a private company. Reapply for admission again is viable one the house is in order.
