I will weigh in...company missteps and lack of transparency are holding it down. It will respond when positive fins come out or PRs projecting dollar amounts. The bad news is that is taking longer than we want. The good news is it IS coming.

Take this time to buy more. I bought 2 million more shares during this down time. Now its just sit back and wait to cash in. There is no denying this is going to rocket North when all things are announced. No one to date has provided a better ticker as far as risk /reward.

You want no risk, buy a big board. You want high reward potential, buy a penny. You want high reward with low risk, buy PCTL at .019.
