Wrong information once again. MINE was NOT suspended because of fraud, PERIOD !! It was suspended because of questions and speculation brought up by competition. Thus, a time out was needed to examine, determine and validate the position of this company.MINE is NOT being charged with fraud or corruption of any sort.Mine will get past this and move forward as a viable company. Once again, Mr. Jenge's several mentioned court appearances ( not 23 appearances ?? ) were legal postures for his company and NOT as a challenged defendant."MINE" will be fine.
