I think HCMC is not done with this 25% discount offering? there will be more stock shares offering coming to finance their litigation expenses. Personally, I won't buy anymore shares while their share price keeps drifting lower!
HCMC has initiated this law suit against PM knowing they can handle the expenses. Therefore, why they keep asking the shareholders to support their company's expenses?
