Any news can be interpreted as one pleases. What really matters is what do the investors value?
My price prediction has been $1.50, then down to $.75. We are getting close to the first one. It’s based purely on DD and lack of any substantive action by Cytodyn.
Prior to the HIV BLA, the stock was trading at $.30. It’s now at a 5x’s multiple, only on the Covid play. HIV BLA is dead in the water which would automatically put this back to $.20-.30 after all the additional shares since last year.
In the 8k, it’s in black and white: “CD10 and CD12 did NOT MEET the primary or secondary endpoints”. I’m confused about all this blame toward a shareholder group that is looking to hold the CEO accountable. The trial in Brazil is not being viewed as a net positive by investors. Longs are leaving… IMO this isn’t shorts. Not enough meat on the bone to short a sub $2 stock.
Grandiose “big pictures” have been outlined and frankly are laughable. To blame the 13D group would have to first decide who caused the following:
-Firing Pestell and attracting a lawsuit
-Trying to hoodwink the FDA on BLA submission by entering mock data sets
-Lying to investors about the RTF and blaming it on a syringe issue
-Obtaining toxic financing from known crooks (Fife)
-Settling TWO shareholder lawsuits for stealing shares from the company
-Selling $15M worth of stock and lying about the reason. Nader “alluded” it was to pay Samsung. There is no 8k supporting this. He’s free to sell but now trustworthy is a man who claims to have a $100+ stock and willing to sell for $6-8? I would suspect that type of person probably is pathological in their nefarious behavior. For example, that person could have two felonies, multiple bankruptcies and immoral. Actually, that does describe Nader Pourhassen!
-Lying about submitting paperwork for EUA in UK, later to admit it was a verbal request
-unmet trial promises in Canada, Mexico, UK, Spain, Italy
- where is the info on the purchase order for the Philippines? Surely the company would want the shareholders AND other countries to know they are generating revenue and creating urgency. Crickets
- cancer trials- grinded to a halt
-shareholders class action lawsuit- I’ve read the language. It’s very compelling and discover will bring merit.
So I ponder how a group of very long shareholders that has witnessed this nonsense for 8+ years and has more shares than everyone here combined could be the villain? I’m hopeful someone, anyone, can explain how they could possibly behave worse than the current leader of this clown car.
Well, time will tell but time is not on Cytodyn’s side.
