I'm worried, like a 7, because if it does go grey we could be tied up and totally illiquid until everything eventually works out.

Based on Mark's behavior, he could care less if this scenario may not be desirable for most.

Again, I still think the RM will eventually go through, it just may be that the last 1/2 mile is the "Shawshank mile"
