I am curious as to why Sanguine Group would hold this up for a long time. I initially assumed they were trying to squeeze additional shares from the deal. I can't see how this benefits them by dragging this out much longer though. Also, doesn't reflect well on them if they are suing a company they have invested in. Will that make other companies reluctant to get involved with them in the future?
