China has BELTS AND ROADS the U.S. has BUILD BACK BETTER which was JUST highlighted at the G7 which means IMO major investment in South America in a competitive way to one up each other. At the same time South Americas youth and work force are flocking north and will need living accommodations. Which AGAIN IMO Prop-Tech is KEENLY aware of and will provide said accommodations and possibly accept all currency in which labor is paid. Review their BIO who created Prop-Tech and why now.
