The company has very high debt for a company its size. TELL has relatively low debt. So, if AXAS has a lot of interest expense, the revs from higher oil prices might not flow to the bottom line as freely as they would for a company with low debt.

Haven't dd'ed either company. Just guessing from looking at the stats at Yahoo! Finance.
