The fact their initial application wasn't approved and they had to submit more data, which was over two months ago at this point, should be very concerning. These applications are automatically approved after 30 days unless the FDA tells you it isn't. So there were obviously issues with their application. And I wouldn't say it's a sure thing it gets approved, far from it. Price action and lack of hype makes me think it was denied.
