In all fairness, we need to ask one question.

What is the reason/purpose behind this depressed share price?
Who is benefitting from this?
Does someone want to accumulate at this level?
Or is there some kind of hostile takeover planned? (defeating the idea of poison pill. Not sure if that is ever possible)
