Companies in California face many hurdles that companies outside the US do not have to deal with
This is why the global market is more likely to thrive near term possibly forever depending how long it takes for the US to get out of its own way.
California as the 5th largest economy implies it is cohesive. It is not. More local jurisdictions ban cannabis than allow it.
Meanwhile Khiron is being accommodated and actively assisted by the countries they are expanding into.
