Somethings amaze me!! lets take these statements

PCTL has until June 30 to indicate their listing intentions to the SEC.

Egold SEC Rule 15c2-11: I agreed with your post

Your statement of PCTL has until 6/30/21 to indicate their listing intentions to the SEC is wrong in other words a statement with no basis of fact. Nothing I see in the 15c2-11 pertains to being current in a companies
10Q or 10K filings. This is done by the OTC in the designation of Current, Yield, Stop and Grey.

Lets continue with being able to trade a pink sheet stock.

At one time I also used Vanguard. To trade a pink sheet stock there you need to request that from Vanguard.

No brokers that I'm aware of will not let you trade a pink current stock.

No brokers I'm aware of will not let you trade a pink stock with a yield sign.

I know fidelity will not allow trading of a pink sheet stock with a stop sign.

I don't use Vanguard anymore so can't comment on them, E-trade, or TD.

I do know Schwab does allow trading of pink sheet stop sign stocks.

As to why PCTL has a yield sign up is anyone's guess at best. We can discuss that for days on end. You mentioned the company is hiding something... I ask what are they hiding? It's been mentioned with someone's experience it should not take long to install set up learn and new account anting system. Is that for all systems and for all CFO's?

Now I understand the basis of a discussion is just that however in discussing and offering a "opinion" I wonder why the opposite isn't also stated and the reason for taking one side vs the other side.

Nothing I've seen tells me PCTL is non 15c2-11 SEC compliant

Nothing I've seen tells me PCTL is hiding anything

I do agree PCTL should be keeping the "market" up to date with PR's, tweets or any other form of social media they use. In this day and age this is how companies communicate with the "market". I hope PCTL sees the importance of this and continues to use social media and PR's as their communication protocols.
