Let's not play the dumb thing again. Aims with specific utility can be patented with that utility.
The AIM's cannot be patented, period. The utility can be patented. Only the utility. NOT THE AIM.
It is your intent that is clear. You are so desperate to hang onto your fantasies that you will ignore anything that threatens them.
Perhaps if you were to expand on what you think it means to patent an AIM (or a SNP) and what benefit you imagine is derived from such an exercise, then it may be possible to address your obsession more directly. I am willing to offer my assistance in such a process should you wish.
