The Court hearing is already moot, IMO. Except JH probably still wants his restraining order.

Reinstating the Corporation in Nevada is all the Nevada judge needs to see. The company is not abandoned.

Being Dark on otcmarkets.com since Q2 2019 is not grounds for Custodianship.

Acropolis will probably not even show up in court. Acropolis itself is based in the UK. The Petition for Custodianship only cost $250 to file but sending lawyers into court in Nevada and pursuing this case would be an expensive stunt for Acropolis.
