Now that is hilarious! Houston and several areas in Texas are being flooded with people moving in on a daily basis…..just like my home state Florida. Rates are all time low. Real estate is en Fuego and there isn’t enough inventory.

People leaving states choking them with taxes and regulation and moving to low tax freedom states.

Maybe you’ll get some shares in the 8’s tomorrow. Nice try
