What did Cox do with SurgePays' 20,000 android-phones? He did not sell them via the web. He did not sell them via convenience stores, because there were no stores.

It seems Cox flat out lied!



In fact, that was the time when SurgePays Inc. phone and SIM cards company purchases where news-release PRed as customer purchase revenue.

SEC filings show company purchases (out going $), while news PRs called these purchases as in-coming revenue.
