I just spent time scanning the Ontario website listing all the ongoing applications for retail outlets. CHOOM only has two locations listed, Ottawa and Hamilton. Sessions, has many locations listed with many already open. Why so few for CHOOM? Ontario is the biggest market in Canada, CHOOM a little late to the table. Yes, Ontario has not handled this well but that's no excuse for CHOOM being behind the eight ball. Explanation is owed the shared holders.
