April 26 I gather is the proxy date of record. So 60 days from that date is June 25. So three days before the shareholder meeting, nothing would prevent them from blowing the lid off this thing with a PR stating the status of the merger as likely completed or near completion. If we are still below 1/2 cent by then...look for a gap to $.01+ in one day over a PR like that....would be sweet indeed.
