Wouldn't it be fair to say that dropping the shell without transferring the remainder of preferred shells would be foolish? We have a fairly decent shareholder base along with enough room within the A/S to forfeit some dilution for the sake of keeping this alive. It would be such a waste to throw BLUU away when there's still ways to use this shell & extinguish the toxic financier(s) remaining.
