Thanks for reposting that and that DD, The tweet stated they would file the same week not “start the process” so therefore the tweet’s non-specificity and lack of adherence to the timeline is unfair to shareholders who traded based on the company’s false assertion imo. And that isn’t even mentioning that many folks posted on this board that the name and symbol change referred to in the tweet definitively meant Finra, not the Florida SOS.
