Its a black eye for DE as a desirable corp. destination. Used to be DE was desired for its legal bedrock leading to quick and predictable settlements. The mess this judge is making is indicative that DE's historically stable legal history may not be reliable anymore. The money spent incorporating there may not get you what it used to.
