With the 2020 Q2 financials being 10 months overdue (and holding up the Q3, Q4 etc.) how many more months of them being "not far off"? Soon and patience have been the soothing refrain for many months now. The new auditors, SEC questions and "thorough and accurate" explanations wore out long ago. Meantime the bright-eyed faithful continue to tell each other happy stories about how well things are going without them having the faintest notion of how matters really stand.
