New idea.
The Chamber of Mines of Eastern British Columbia exists as a community group for supporting mining in the region where Helix Ventures has its claim in the Athabasca area, Nelson, British Columbia area.
The web site is https;//cmebc.com

Each of us writes an individual letter to them and asks the Chamber of Mines of Eastern British Columbia (CMEBC) to review the Helix Ventures situation, and ask them to write up a resolution declaring that Frank Underhill retains the rights to mine the claim that Helix Ventures has, free and clear of any hindrance from Rudolf Walter Brenners.

In each of our letters, we each share with the Executive Team of the CMEBC the findings of the British Columbia Securities Commission that Rudolf Walter Brenner (also spelled Rudolph), that Walter Brenner "breached security laws when he lied to BCSC staff...."
(Reference British Columbia Securities Commission news release Date 2014-07-24, Number 2014/62,m site: https://www.bcsc.bc.ca/about/media-room/news-release/2014/62-bcsc-panel-finds-that-bc-man-concealed-his-connection-to-an-offshore-trading-account-and-lied-to-staff)

We each also include in a letter fo the CMEBC the discipline that Brenner, mRudolf Walter received from the Canadian Securities Administrators (https:./www.,securities-administrators.ca/disciplinedpersons.aspx). The Alberta Securities Commission (ASC) also disciplined Walter Brenner, (see story "ASC reciprocates bans against Rudolf Walter Brenner" May 27, 2015, by Curate RegWatch (author of the article). A link from this article goes to the full ASC decision.

Then each of us can include how much loss we suffered, and include in the letter that as an investor we would like the Nelson, BC area to benefit economic-wise from Helix Ventures mining in a responsible way, environmentally friendly, and that the jobs created, once mining would be feasible.

And then in conclusion of each of our letters, we ask the Executive Team of the CMEBC to write up a certificate and declaration of mining rights for Hellix Ventures fo explore and mine its claims (once the health situation - Coivid- is all clear), free and clear of any hindrance from Rudolf Walter Brenners.

The theory is that a judicial branch court can adjudicate. But the people have the right too to resolve issues, and this can be done through community action, and through local legislative bodies. If need be, we could then ask the CMEBC which local officials to contact for any further steps.

Frank Underhill actually worked a lot harder than things are said, and he's not going to respond to us. Too much stress from what Rudolf Walter Brenner did. So the best thing investors here can do is find another way, and I am thinking that writing letters and calling the CMEBC to inquire about what we can do is the next best step.
