Thanks Chico- excellent summary as usual- we are indebted to you for pulling all of the pieces together to create a more complete picture... just the frustration of seeing the government subsidy ( i.e. loans, grants, etc.) and the inevitable delay that presents.....but who is going to walk away from gub'ment cheeze! nobody....

let's get that REE research on viability done..... hopefully the results of that analysis will be announced soon. I am hoping that the financing does not come in incremental (drip.... drip..... drip.....) and endless numerous traunches, torchering the long time shareholders (many in NIOBF much longer than I)... constituting the chineese water torcher approach to project financing.....
