As neither CGB or THC product have NOT been legalized in USA, CGB has NOT been approved by FDA in USA.

CGB has been approved by Health Canada for research purposes?

Too much competition for cbd space already in USA.

They can introduce new skus in the USA they have chosen not to up to this point. Remember they were going to launch a few CBD products to their distribution network and canceled it for now? They own Lord Jones will all sorts of skus. CBD and CBG is not illegal. You are just limited in the claims you can make about the product
