These people are maladjusted mentally weak. Most cannot and will not ever adjust and will always be a downer pushing doom and gloom everywhere they and and onto anything/everything they come into contact with. This is especially true as the cities grow in size, the bigger the city/metro, the more maladjusted weak, and the more call from politicians and government for their protection.
