No announcements, yet new owner since September 2020.

I thought Chen Ren was an abbreviated name he goes by, that his full sir name is used in China, how is he signing documents as Chin Ren???

A reverse merger doesn’t have to be completed to be considered material news and thus disseminated, so how could the first quarter end with no news in the financials not to mention updates on several other supposed reverse mergers?? We know companies make forward looking statements all the time and yet nothing in over six months...

Seems any news out of China has dried up and nothing but crickets about the lottery hall business and a digital currency with a multiple language format, hmmm???

Those filings feel like an author who supposedly is no longer part of the company, hmmm???

No retired shares will equal painful reversal.

With eyes open there are even more tough questions.... soon....
