I was entrigued and look at this as well. I think your right in that Hong Yuan Holding is NOT the same as Hongyuan Holding(S). The new Pres and majority share holder has no connections to the larger company that I can find. If this was a merger with the $5B company the share ownership would by in a trust or majority owner of the larger company. THey might be using this name to hope investors will "assume the connection". If anybocy has other evidence the new "owner" has connections to the larger Hongyaun, please sow it.
