This is my opinion. (a very good one) The share structure is probably one of the tightest for an otc company. Not many like this. Especially with a Ceo who appears to be 'on the ball' with UPIN. Ceo put out a pr on the 25th of May stating he was going to lower the Authorized to 25 million. 25 MILLION AUTHORIZED. AND 15.5 OUTSTANDING. Why? Well, I'm betting he has some very good news that he know would probably get this company trading dollars. Simple as that. Why else? Not only that....people got restless after the 25th of May when that news got out that he was going to lower the authorized and after hearing the individuals questioning whether it was going to happen or not....what does this Ceo do...he puts out a couple of tweets stating "We have received many inquiries as to when will OTCMARKETS will update the share structure"...That is clearly a Ceo who has his ear attuned to us shareholders....this is going to be big time. He just lowered the fricken Authorized to 25 million. I strongly believe this is going dollar land with EASE.
The market cap is much less than 22 mill. More like 5 million.
