Highly unlikely, imo. If one were to buy Arrayit, which is laughable, one would be assuming all of the problems as well. Highly unlikely they owned anything, imo. The outdated tests were crap. Let's assume for a moment that any test they developed had merit, one would think with the expiration of the patent, several companies would flock to the tech, and begin to implement their own testing, on any level. Didn't happen. Too many flaws, Mark knew it, couldn't figure it out, got impatient, pushed out crap, lost endorsements, lied to investors, added by Neilson, pumped the stock, cashed out with family and friends, hid the dough, lied to investigators, started making strawberry rhubarb pie, got found out, lied again, will be heading to court against other ppl who's life he ruined, will spend the rest of his life in Federal Prison, where him and Bubba will be besties. BAMMM! Penetration imminent!
