So you want the government to further prove it can violate private property rights by executing a portion of a highly questionable self-dealing contract based upon a law that bullies people into compliance?
5th Amendment be damned...

That contract is under dispute in court.

They will be challenged at the right time.

I sincerely hope so. This has gone on far too long and is a warning of what happens when government power goes unchecked (or at least inadequately checked).
