Theoretically speaking, yes, the best way of the refund goes directly to to Core Capital!! Not tax credit!!

Practically speaking, the refund of the government usually goes to tax credit.
If SC issues the ruling in favor of plaintiffs and Treasury agrees to input the refund to Core Capital, that is the ideal outcome!!!

I am afraid that Treasury is the problem!!!
