td Ameritrade only allows selling. I put an order in today and was refused.
I understand a firm in NYC is allowing purchases. As you see there have been a few trades on the buy side!
Hopefully near term the MOU will turn into a DA
ELGL really has little choice but to merge because it cannot trade otherwise
