Prob need to wait to see Securter get funded, finish dev/beta, do IPO, announce psp contracts, generate sales THEN will trigger DIGA south america rights and other items. DIGA only an equity shareholder in Securter approx 15% after Sept 2020 Spin Out:

While Securter gets going i'm sure DIGA is looking for new opportunities as well but obviously nothing good enough to announce - one thing DIGA doesn't do is fire out random news to try to pump last time i checked the SEC frowns upon that kinda thing - so I believe DIGA is doing the right thing slightly boring af but the right thing!
